Last updated: July 2026

1. License

IterateCode is available on Mac, Windows, and Linux. A free tier is available with no purchase. Pro and Team plans grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and its paid features while your subscription is active, across your own devices.

2. What you can do

3. What you cannot do

4. AI features and your keys

AI features can use your own API keys from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) or local models. Your use of those APIs is governed by each provider's terms. IterateCode is not responsible for content generated by AI models, costs you incur with API providers, or actions you take based on AI suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing changes an agent makes before you ship them.

5. Extensions

On Windows and Linux, extensions are provided through the Open VSX registry and are third-party software governed by their own authors' terms. IterateCode is not responsible for third-party extensions. Some Microsoft-proprietary extensions are not available on non-Microsoft builds.

6. No warranty

IterateCode is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the past 12 months.

8. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Email support@iteratecode.com with your account details.

9. Updates

Active subscriptions include all updates while the subscription is active.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
